Token Usage and Refunds

Token Usage Policy
Tokens purchased as part of a bulk verification package can be used up to 365 days from the date of purchase. Each token can be used to verify one piece of ID. Tokens can be shared amongst members under a billing account. Tokens used send out a session link to clients that are valid for 30 days before expiry.
Refunds are available for tokens sent to incorrect or misspelled email addresses and other errors.
These can be self serviced through our New Interface by cancelling a request in the "Sessions" tab.
Reach out to support for requests that are not able to be refunded by self service. These can be brought to the attention of the team via Intercom or by emailing and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Requests older than 30 days are not able to be refunded.
