About Us
‍
‍
At Vaultie, we're at the forefront of digital trust. We help law firms, banks, and governments build trust with their clients by linking their real-world attributes to digital credentials and integrating them into verifiable documents. We work with biometrics, ID verification, and encryption to help customers create documents and credentials that people everywhere can trust. Our documents can be verified anywhere in the world by anyone our clients choose, while keeping privacy standards high. We can verify more than 14,000 types of ID from more than 195 countries. We're a small team that's growing, and we work closely together.

‍The Opportunity
‍
‍
Vaultie has strong traction with legal professionals, and our work with government partners has shown how much bigger the opportunity is. We're now taking the product to larger organizations. Those deals look different. This is a new role, building and overseeing our GTM enterprise work. You'll work directly with the CEO to decide where we play and how we win. Then you'll go out and win it: running your own deals, building the partnerships that put Vaultie in front of the right buyers, and setting up the playbook our future sales team will run on. This is a hands-on role. For the first year or so you'll spend most of your time selling, and as the pipeline grows you'll help hire the people who scale it with you.

‍
‍Key Responsibilities

Building the enterprise strategy
‍
- You'll work with the CEO to define our ideal enterprise customers, the segments we go after first, and how we package and price for larger deals.

- You'll set the targets, forecast, and pipeline metrics for enterprise revenue, and report on them to leadership and the board.

- You'll turn what you learn in the field into clear feedback for product, so the roadmap reflects what enterprise buyers actually need.
‍
‍Closing enterprise deals
- You'll build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise accounts, from first conversation through to signed contract.

- You'll lead complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, including security reviews, RFPs, and legal negotiation.

- You'll work with Customer Success and product so new accounts move smoothly from signature to launch and keep growing after that.
‍
‍Growing partnerships
‍
- You'll find, sign, and manage channel, referral, and integration partners who can bring Vaultie to customers we can't easily reach on our own.

- You'll set up co-selling plans with partners, including shared targets, enablement, and joint marketing with our marketing team.

‍Setting up the team for scale
‍
- You'll write the enterprise sales playbook: qualification, deal stages, messaging, and how we use HubSpot to track it all.

- You'll coach the BDRs on enterprise prospecting, and help hire and onboard future account executives and partnership managers as the team grows.

‍
‍What We're Looking For Must-haves
‍
- You've personally closed six-figure B2B software deals with larger organizations, where you had to manage security reviews, procurement, and several decision-makers at once.

- You've built or rebuilt a sales motion from an early stage, not just run one that was already working, and you can talk us through what you'd keep and what you'd change.

- You've sold into at least one of our core markets: financial services, government, or legal, ideally at an enterprise level.

- You can build a credible forecast and pipeline model, and you're bringing it in front of a CEO and board. You explain technical products like identity verification, encryption, or compliance tools in plain language that a general counsel or a bank's head of risk can act on.

‍Nice-to-haves
‍
- Experience signing and growing channel, reseller, or integration partnerships.

- Background in identity verification, fintech, legal tech, regtech, or digital trust.Experience hiring, coaching, or managing salespeople.

‍Personal Attributes
‍
- You build trust quickly with customers and colleagues, because you listen well and follow through on what you said you'd do.

- You're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy creating structure where there isn't any yet.

- You're honest about your pipeline. A deal that's stalled gets flagged early, not at the end of the quarter.

- You share what you learn, whether that's a better discovery question for the BDRs or a feature request for product.

- You stay steady during long deal cycles and keep your energy up through the slow stretches.

‍Why You'll Love Working Here
‍
‍
You'll work directly with the CEO and have real influence over how Vaultie goes to market. You'll help take Vaultie past the legal sector into banks, government, and other markets where trust matters most. Your commission is uncapped, so when you win big deals, you earn more. Comprehensive health benefits and equity compensation. You'll work with a small, collaborative team in downtown Toronto, where your work has a visible impact.

‍How to Apply
‍
‍
If you've built an enterprise sales motion before and want to do it again at a company working on real problems in digital trust, we'd love to hear from you. Send us your resume and a short note about the biggest deal you've closed and how you got it over the line. If you don't check every box, please apply anyway. What matters most is that you've won complex deals and you want to build something.
